A haunting image of the Rockford train depot on the north side of the tracks, just east of the Crow River. Today DiversiFoam’s parking lot would come close to the area where this building stood. The photographer was A. T. Hennek who documented thousands of depots and locomotives during his lifetime. The photo was most likely taken between 1965-73 since Hennek passed away in 1974.
