If you leave the Presbyterian church and go down Elm street all the way to the park, and then walked toward the river bank you would be standing where the Rockford Creamery was. This photo is dated 1910 and there is a note on back “Aunt Emma Weinhold was waiting in line” If Emma would have looked south along the river, she would have seen the box factory which was also on the river.
