Research Fees
For photograph, newspaper and all other types of research:
For profit organization ~ $30.00 per hour (minimum of one hour)
Non-profit organization ~ $10.00 per hour (minimum of one hour)
Individuals ~ 1st hour is free, $10.00 per hour thereafter (minimum of one hour)
Photograph Reproduction Fees
For prints, slides or scanned images:
4" x 6" ~ $5.00 All slides ~ $15.00
5" x 7" ~ $10.00
8" x 10" ~ $10.00 Scans, 300-600dpi, e-mailed ~ $10.00
11" x 14" ~ $20.00 Scans, 300-600dpi, burned to CD ~ $15.00
16" x 20" ~ $35.00
(Please inquire with the RAHS for larger/special sizes. Allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery on all orders.)
Photocopy Fees
For black and white (b/w) or color photocopies:
8 1/2" x 11" b/w ~ $0.25 each
11" x 17" b/w ~ $1.00 each
8 1/2" x 11" color ~ $1.50 each
11" x 17" color ~ $2.00 each

Use Fees
For non-profit or commercial use:
Non-profit use ~ $5.00 (one-time fee)
For profit use ~ $40.00
All images and items used must be credited to the historical society, the credit line should read "Courtesy of the Rockford Area Historical Society, Rockford, Minnesota." Users are responsible for obtaining all information and permission relating to copyright.
Humidification Fees
For humidification services:
Paper artifacts ~ $5.00
Fiber artifacts ~ $10.00
Encapsulation Fees
For encapsulation services:
5" x 7" ~ $6.00
8" x 10" ~ $8.00
11" x 14" ~ $10.00
16" x 20" ~ $12.00
18" x 24" ~ $14.00

Packaging Fees
For packing wedding gowns, clothing or other textiles:
One box ~ $15.00 plus the price of the box
